This site exists to present and sell a digital product. It's deliberately simple: no sign-up, no forms, no login area, and it asks for none of your data to work. This policy explains the little that is processed, why, and what you can demand about it.

2. What this site processes
Measurement cookies (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent
If, and only if, you click Accept on the notice shown when you arrive, we load the Meta Pixel (Facebook). Before that choice it is not loaded — no Meta script reaches your browser.
If you accept, the following are processed:
- the pages you visited on this site;
- clicks on the buttons leading to payment, with the product and its value;
- your IP address, browser type and an identifier assigned by Meta.
Purpose: to measure whether our ads work and to avoid showing ads to people who already bought. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a); LGPD art. 7, I).
You can withdraw consent at any time, in the same number of clicks it took to give it: the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page reopens the notice.
Typefaces (Google Fonts)
These pages load fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver the font, Google receives your IP address. This happens on page load, regardless of your cookie choice, because it is required to display the site as designed.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site properly (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Google receives no other information about you this way.
Your cookie choice
We store your decision (accept or decline) in your own browser's local storage, so we don't ask again on every visit. That data never leaves your device and is sent to no one. Clearing your browser data erases it.
Payment does not happen here
When you click to buy, you leave this site and go to Hotmart, which processes payment and delivers the product. All purchase data — name, email, payment details, invoice — is collected and processed by Hotmart, under its own privacy policy, and never passes through this site. From Hotmart we receive only what is needed to support people who bought.

3. What this site does not do
- It doesn't ask for your name, email or phone. There is no form and no newsletter.
- It creates no account and no user profile.
- It doesn't sell, rent or hand your data to anyone.
- It doesn't use data for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Who data is shared with

International transfers: Meta and Google process data outside the European Union and Brazil. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for the United States, on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You have the right to request more information about these safeguards at the email above.
5. For how long
We keep no visitor database. Retention is set by the services receiving the data: Meta retains pixel data for up to 2 years; your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it. Purchase data follows the applicable legal and tax retention periods, under Hotmart's responsibility.
6. Your rights
At any time and free of charge, you may:
- Know whether we process your data and what it is;
- Access that data and request a copy;
- Correct incomplete or outdated data;
- Erase data processed on the basis of consent;
- Withdraw consent, without affecting processing carried out before;
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Request portability of the data to another provider;
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to solucoesemengenhariams@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days (GDPR) or 15 days (LGPD).
Where to complain: in the European Union, to your country's data protection authority. In Brazil, to the ANPD (gov.br/anpd). You do not need to contact us first.
7. Minors
This material is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are a guardian and believe a minor's data was processed, write to us and we will erase it.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stores no personal data on its own server — which drastically reduces the risk surface. Payment data is handled by Hotmart, in their own environment, and never passes through here.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top changes with it. Material changes — such as a new tracking service — will appear in the cookie notice, and your previous consent will not cover the new purpose.
